Workshop 1: Crunch the numbers on the economic contribution your congregation makes to your local community and to the broader community. Look at how ministries you offer to help those beyond your doors add value in terms of tax dollars saved, services offered, and lives impacted.

Workshop 2: Inventory the tangible assets your congregation holds, not only in terms of physical property and monetary assets, but also in terms of the gifts, skills, abilities, talents, and experience of members.

Workshop 3: Evaluate your physical plant and your tangible assets in terms of ministries offered, impact they are making in the community, and practical ways to expand your outreach in the community and around the world.
